I am so lucky to do what I do! I help market the fun side of life. My clients range from public park and recreation agencies to camps, libraries and limousine companies. As a speaker I am almost always desibed as very high-energy (which, I find, is common for red-heads).

I have written seven books related to marketing communications and have spoken to more than 1400 audiences in almost every state in the country as well as in Mexico, Canada and Europe. I am a self-proclaimed infomaniac and love sharing trends, unique ideas and unusual applications to my clients, friends and colleagues.

I'm a Minnesota native but escaped the cold in 1983 after graduating from the University of Minnesota. Now, I live in Carlsbad, California, which is paradise except for the mortgage payment. I have great friends and live in a fantastic neighborhood where the kids walk to school en masse. (Think Wysteria Lane with a lot less drama) My son Spencer, is a classic Millenial with a huge heart.
