Geese inspired leadership

My friend John Glaeser from the California Recreation and Park Society recently shared this 3 minute movie which uses geese (of all things) to illustrate leadership and teamwork.  The movie is really inspirational and beautiful.  And, I'll even take it one step farther... Since so many in our profession have to deal with problem geese and geese problems in parks, on trails, golf courses, sidewalks, etc; we can easily remember that every team has to walk through some muck to get to its end result.
